All activities will be set up and arranged for by Staff. Kindly give Staff a day’s notice of your desired activity so that they can make arrangements and schedule it for you. All activities and/or amenities are conditioned on the weather. Scheduling changes may occur due to weather.
Gratuity is completely up to you. The number one goal of the Staff at Soñadora is their commitment to making your stay as special, relaxing, and memorable as possible. If we achieve that goal, we will be very pleased. If the Staff performs beyond your expectations, a gratuity is certainly welcome as it is a demonstration of a job well done. We ask that the gratuity be given at the end of your stay to the Staff for their efforts during your stay at Soñadora.
